BSMC Jax Mission

The mission of the Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club Jacksonville Chapter (BSMC-JAX) is to educate all people on the role the Buffalo Soldiers played in the building of the United States. Our colors pay homage to African Americans who sacrificed their lives so that our country could be what it is today. Our colors are a badge of courage, sacrifice and honor.

Our motto, "We gather in honor and We ride for pride", was selected because it explains our mission in just a few short words. We gather in honor of the Buffalo Soldiers that paved the way for us. We ride for pride, not to be proud or boastful about ourselves, but for the pride and respect of the Buffalo Soldiers that came before us.

To support our mission of educating the community on the Buffalo Soldiers, we participate in youth programs and actively promote positive and professional images through our club involvement in community activities. We promote good, clean, and safe riding activities.

We are a non-profit organization comprised of mostly minority men and women from the military, law enforcement and community businesses all dedicated to the sport of motorcycling. To learn more about the Jacksonville Chapter contact our President.
